Grate the cassava and squeeze well in a clean cloth
Transfer the pulp to a bowl and add the shredded coconut, slightly beaten eggs, and melted butter
Mix well and add the sifted sugar and cinnamon, gradually, and mix well with a wooden spoon
Add the hazelnuts and mix again
Pour into a greased and floured baking dish and bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes, approximately
