1 cup of fine cornmeal
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
200g of natural yogurt at room temperature
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of fine cornmeal
1 cup of all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
200g of natural yogurt at room temperature

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Grease a square baking dish with dimensions 20 cm on each side and reserve
In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, yeast, and baking soda
On one side, beat the yogurt until creamy
Add it to the dry ingredients along with eggs, water, and oil
Mix well in a blender for 1 minute until smooth
Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
Cut into small squares.
