2 packs of champagne biscuit
1/2 cup (cup) of raisins
2 cups (cup) of sugar,
1 cup (cup) of butter,
1 cup (cup) of chocolate chips,
1/2 liter of milk,
1 spoonful of liqueur of your preference

Soak the raisins in a bowl and cover with warm water
Let it hydrate for 20 minutes, drain and reserve
In the mixer, mix the sugar with butter until a light and fluffy cream forms
Add the chocolate chips and continue mixing
Remove from the mixer and combine with the raisins
Mix gently and reserve
Combine the milk with the liqueur and slightly moisten the biscuits
Assemble the pudding in a greased refrigerator
Make a layer of biscuits and cover with chocolate cream
Repeat the process until all the biscuits are used up
Cover with the mixture and put it in the freezer the next day
Remove 15 minutes before serving and decorate with chocolate shavings and cherry.
