In a blender, puree the orange chunks with the peel and seeds discarded
Add three whole eggs, sugar, and flour to the mixture
Next, pour the mixture into a greased bowl, add the softened butter, and mix well with a wooden spoon until smooth
Pour the batter into a greased 10-cm (4-inch) tube pan or Bundt pan, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
