Melt the ingredients over low heat until they start to bubble
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for two minutes and 45 seconds, let it cool and place it in a dry ice bath at room temperature
Fill half of each mold with half of the chocolate, swirl to form a shell and refrigerate until firm
Spread the filling on both parts, cover with the remaining chocolate and swirl the mold to cover the filling
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until the mixture becomes white, then unmold.
