Scoop of Whipped Cream for serving

1 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Decoration
2 slices of strawberry
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup whipped cream
Hortelâa leaves

Milk Pastry Dough: beat all the ingredients in a blender
In a small non-stick skillet, make the pancakes
Cocoa Syrup: heat the ingredients over low heat until thickened
Assembly: roll 1 ball of whipped cream onto each pancake to form a cone shape
Decorate with slices of strawberry, fresh raspberries, hortelâa leaves, and whipped cream
Serve over the Cocoa Syrup
