3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
3 tablespoons honey

Place the flour in a saucepan
Avoid adding the milk gradually, stirring well
Add the honey and remaining milk
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and boils
Cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly
Pour into 4 decorative or plain molds, moistened with cold water
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Dish out onto dessert plates and garnish with fresh fruits or a fruit sauce, if desired
