Place the potatoes in a bowl with sugar
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Sift the wheat flour with baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder
Melt the butter, add the beaten egg, and pour over the potatoes
Mix everything with sifted flour
Add raisins and nuts
Mix everything well
Place in a rectangular greased pan and bake at medium heat for 80 minutes
Let it cool and cut into squares
