Add two tablespoons of sweetener to the melted butter
Combine the eggs and mix well
Alternate adding sifted flour, salt, and baking powder with 1/3 cup of orange juice, mixing everything thoroughly
Pour into a cake pan approximately 21cm in diameter lined with parchment paper
Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes
The cake will not be tall
Place on a serving plate and remove the parchment paper
A little before serving, mix the remaining sweetener with 1/3 cup of orange juice and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes
Serve with spoonfuls placed over the warm or cold cake
