Caramel Pudding

Caramelized Sugar

In a saucepan, mix the sugar and water

Do not stir, and bring to a boil over low heat until it reaches the desired consistency

Mix in the chopped nuts and spread the mixture over a smooth surface, greased with margarine

Let it set and break into pieces. Reserve

Pudding

Boil the milk and let it cool

Combine the sugar and gelatin, dissolved according to instructions

Mix in the whipped cream and caramelized sugar

Distribute among individual serving cups and refrigerate until chilled

Serve with fresh fruit.
