3 eggs
2 cups (US) of sugar
1/2 cup (US) of orange juice
1/2 cup (US) of oil
Rinds of 1 orange
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
2 cups (US) of all-purpose flour
Icing
1/2 cup (US) of water
1 cup (US) of sugar
1 tablet of semisweet chocolate, chopped
3 tablespoons of butter
3 eggs
2 cups (US) of sugar
1/2 cup (US) of orange juice
1/2 cup (US) of oil
Rinds of 1 orange
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
2 cups (US) of all-purpose flour
Icing
1/2 cup (US) of water
1 cup (US) of sugar
1 tablet of semisweet chocolate, chopped
3 tablespoons of butter
Combine all ingredients in a blender, except yeast and flour
Blend well and transfer to a bowl
Add yeast and flour
Mix and pour into a greased and floured pan
Bake until golden brown
Icing
Mix water with sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat, until thick and syrupy
In a blender, combine chocolate and butter
Blend on low speed
Pour the hot icing mixture into the blender and blend until smooth
Let cool and cover the cake with it.
