For the crust
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (180g)
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter (50g), cut into small pieces
1 egg
1/4 cup granulated sugar (45g)
For the filling
1 container of cream cheese spread (250g)
1 cup strawberry jelly (300g)
1 box of strawberries (400g) cut in half
For the crust
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (180g)

Preheat the oven to 425°F (very hot)
Prepare the crust: process all ingredients in a processor until smooth
Line with it a removable bottom tart pan with a 29 cm diameter
Place in the preheated oven, reduce temperature to 350°F (medium) and bake for about 20 minutes or until slightly browned
Remove from the oven
Fill the tart: spread cream cheese on the crust, top with strawberry jelly and strawberries
Serve immediately
