Add 1/2 cup of boiling water to the manioc
Press over a strainer to remove excess starch
Mix together the manioc, butter, beaten eggs, coconut milk, and salt (to taste)
Place the mixture in a greased mold and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt
Bake in a moderate oven for 60-70 minutes
Let cool before removing from mold
Serve with a 'Grand Marnier'
