In a blender, blend the yams, milk, eggs, oil, flour, baking powder, and salt
In a greased and floured cake pan, alternate layers of batter and slices of ham
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
