Beat the eggs, butter, passion fruit juice, water, and sugar in a blender
Combine flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well
Add the blended ingredients to the dry mixture, mixing until fully incorporated
Pour the batter into a medium-sized cake pan greased with butter and floured
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes
Mix the glaze ingredients and bring to a boil on the stovetop
Unmold the cake and cover it with the glaze, poking holes with a fork to allow it to penetrate the cake
Serve with passion fruit sorbet or whipped cream.
