Preheat the oven to hot (200o)
Grease a ring mold with butter, 24 cm in diameter
In a stand mixer, beat the butter and sugar until creamy
In another bowl, beat the whites until stiff peaks form
Add the honey and mix
Add the milk, gradually, alternating with flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth batter forms
Pour into the prepared mold and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and unmold
Serve at room temperature.
