2 cups (or 1 1/2 pints) of diced pineapple
5 cups (or 3 3/4 pints) of diced mom's custard
1/2 cup (or 1/4 pint) of corn syrup
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup (or 3/4 pint) of unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter for greasing the pan
2 tablespoons of sugar to dust
2 cups (or 1 1/2 pints) of diced pineapple

Combine the first four ingredients and cook over low heat for 10 minutes
Remove from heat, add the softened butter, and let cool
Blend in a blender with the remaining ingredients and pour into a prepared baking dish greased with butter and dusted with sugar
Bake in a medium-preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes.
