Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Grease a round cake pan of 21 cm in diameter with butter and set aside
In a stand mixer, cream together the butter, flour, and eggs until smooth
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined, scraping down the sides as needed
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let cool
Turn onto a wire rack and serve warm.,
