Heat the water in a saucepan
Then add the butter and sugar, stirring well
Mix thoroughly
Add the flour gradually, stirring constantly until the dough comes away from the sides of the pan
Turn off the heat and add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until the dough is smooth and even
Place the dough in the mold for shaping churros and fry them in hot oil
When they are golden brown, remove them and drain on paper towels
Dust with sugar and cinnamon and serve with caramel sauce.
