1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
3/4 cup of unsalted butter, softened
1 cup of all-purpose flour
7 large eggs
3 1/2 cups of whole milk
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups of confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 1/2 cups of sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar

Dissolve the granulated sugar in a saucepan over medium heat to form a caramel
Pour into a pudding mold. Reserve
In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, and confectioners' sugar until well combined
Mix in baking powder. Reserve
In a blender or food processor, combine 4 large eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and 3 cups of whole milk. Reserve
Pour the first mixture into the pudding mold, followed by the second mixture
Bake in a preheated oven at 200oC for 1 hour in a water bath
Let cool, then unmold and serve chilled.
