Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
In a blender, whisk together the eggs, condensed milk, and heavy cream
Pour into a pudding mold, greased with butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 1 hour and 20 minutes, using a water bath
Let cool to firm up and unmold
Sauce
In a saucepan, mix the strawberries with sugar
Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens
Let cool and pour over the fudge
