1 1/2 cups of wheat flour

Take the butter out of the refrigerator, so it doesn't get hard
Preheat the oven
Grease a rectangular metal pan with a little bit of butter
Add a little bit of flour and tilt the pan from side to side, beating gently with your hand to distribute the flour evenly
Combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, sugar, chocolate powder, salt, and baking soda in a larger bowl
Now add the butter and milk to the bowl
Beat for 2 minutes, scraping the bottom and sides of the bowl
Add the eggs and beat for another 2 minutes
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35 or 40 minutes
Stick a toothpick in at the bottom; if it comes out clean when you remove it, then you can take the cake out of the oven.
