Wash the strawberries well, dry them, and chop them. Reserve
Crumble the chocotone
In individual servings, stack layers of chocotone, cream, and strawberries until all ingredients are used up
Chill before serving
At serving time, decorate with remaining whipped cream and sprinkle lemon zest.
