Coconut Filling:
1 cup shredded coconut
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 egg yolks
Dough:
300g all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 whole eggs
1 pinch of salt
Coconut Filling:

Filling: Mix all ingredients together and heat over low flame, stirring until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan
Reserve and let cool
Dough: Knead with warm water until you get a dough that can be rolled out with a rolling pin
Roll out the dough and cover with cooled coconut filling, leaving a thickness of 1 cm
Roll up like a rock cake and place in a rectangular, greased baking dish
Place 1 liter of milk on top of the rock cake and bake until the milk is dry
Dust with raisins and currants to serve
