1 package of raspberry gelatin or red fruit gelatin

2 cans of whole milk (use a can of sweetened condensed milk as a measure)

1 Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions and set aside
Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and add the sweetened condensed milk
2 Add the egg yolks and cook over low heat, whisking constantly until thickened
Pour into individual serving cups or a large serving dish and let cool
Beat the egg whites until fluffy, then add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form
3 Add the reserved gelatin, mix well, and pour over the cold cream
Refrigerate for approximately six hours.
