To make the pudding, combine all the ingredients in a baking dish and place it in a refrigerator at 25 cm diameter and 5 cm height
Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes
For the topping: melt the sugar over low heat
When golden brown, add the water gradually, stirring until the sugar dissolves
Add the butter and orange slices
Let it simmer and remove from heat
Place everything on top of the pudding and refrigerate until serving time
