3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
4 tablespoons active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

1 can condensed milk
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup raspberries, finely chopped

In a large bowl, whisk together the flours, whole wheat flour, yeast, and salt
Add the butter and process in a food processor until it forms a fine crumb
Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated
Cake
Preheat oven to 180°C
Combine all ingredients and beat in a mixer on high speed for four minutes
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan with a diameter of 22 cm, or until it is about 2/3 full
Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Filling
In a blender, blend the condensed milk and lime juice until thickened
Combine the blended mixture with the chopped raspberries in a bowl
Cover the cake and decorate with additional raspberries.
