Mixture
Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil, stirring until softened
Add the pepper and tomato and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes
Add paprika and green onion, stir, and cook over high heat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
Tear off the pumpkin skin and process it
Add to the pan, stirring always, until a smooth mixture is obtained
Add lemon juice and stir
Remove from heat
Grease the pumpkin shape with butter
Place half of the mixture in the pumpkin shape and level the surface
Cut eggs into slices and place them on top of the mixture
Cover with the remaining mixture, press well, and unmold onto a plate
Decoration
Spread mayonnaise on top of the cake
Crack the eggs and process them
Distribute over the cake and press lightly
Decorate with green onion and serve.
