Prepare the cake: beat the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together until a smooth cream forms
Sift the flour and baking powder and add it to the butter mixture gradually, alternating with the milk
Divide the dough between two 20cm round molds, greased
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Let the cakes cool while preparing the filling: simply combine all ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth
Spread the filling over one cake and top with another Cake
Make the glaze by mixing all ingredients well and beating until thickened
Cover the entire cake, on the surface and sides
Add round cookies around the cake, leaving only half showing
Cover the cookies with glaze
If necessary, secure with toothpicks mix 1 1/2 cups of shredded coconut with yellow food coloring and cover the sides of the cake
Combine 1/2 cup of shredded coconut with green food coloring and cover the surface of the cake
Make a nest with wire and cover it with colored ribbons
Close the ends well and insert into layers of the cake, forming an arch
Finally, decorate the surface with a chocolate rabbit, sugar eggs, or other Paska decorations.
