Prepare the cheese yogurt mixture: line a colander with 4 layers of paper towels and place 5 cups of natural yogurt
Let it drain for 8 to 10 hours
Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot)
Grease a 20cm diameter cake pan with oil
Prepare the dough: in a bowl, mix well 1 cup of cheese yogurt mixture, all-purpose flour, wheat flour, eggs, and vanilla extract
Pour the dough into the prepared cake pan
Bake in a hot oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until, when you insert a toothpick, it comes out clean
Serve at room temperature.
