Ingredients: Butter for greasing; Wheat flour for dusting; 1/2 cup of butter or margarine; 6 tablespoons of warm milk; 2 whole eggs; 1 pinch of salt; 1/2 cup of wheat flour; 150g of cornstarch; 1 tablespoon of active dry yeast; 100g of grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat the medium oven (180°C)

Grease a mold with butter and dust with wheat flour. Reserve

In a bowl, melt the butter or margarine in warm milk

Add the beaten eggs, salt, wheat flour, cornstarch, yeast, and grated cheddar cheese

Mix well and pour into the greased mold

Bake for 40 minutes

Cut into slices and serve with your preferred vegetable.
