1 can of condensed milk
1 and 1/2 cups of milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla

300g of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can of condensed milk

Fruit Ice Cream
2 tablespoons of margarine
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 can of whipped cream
3 sheets of gelatin (available at supermarkets)
1 cup of fruit puree

Make the cream ice cream: beat the eggs with condensed milk and add milk
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes
Remove from heat, add vanilla and whipped cream, stir well, and reserve
Beat egg whites until frothy and fold into cold cream mixture
Pour into a chilled mold and refrigerate for 1 hour
Make the chocolate ice cream: heat milk, chocolate, condensed milk, and eggs over low heat
Stir until thickened
Transfer to blender
Add whipped cream and blend well. Reserve
Beat egg whites until frothy and fold into cold cream mixture
Pour over the cream ice cream and return to refrigerator for another hour
Make the fruit ice cream: beat margarine with sugar
Add whipped cream and gelatin dissolved according to package instructions
Mix gently and pour over chocolate ice cream
Freeze until firm
Serve with strawberry sauce.
