In a heatproof bowl set over a pot with hot water (do not let it boil), melt the chocolate, stirring gently. Reserve
In a blender, beat the egg and granulated sugar at high speed until smooth (about 15 minutes)
Add the chocolate and blend well
Add the brandy and stir with a spatula
Divide among six servings and serve immediately
