1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon unsalted gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
1 1/2 cups cooked and pureed black plums
1/2 cup diced mango
1 tablespoon grated lime zest
2/3 cup whipped cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon unsalted gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
1 1/2 cups cooked and pureed black plums
1/2 cup diced mango
1 tablespoon grated lime zest
2/3 cup whipped cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Soak the heavy cream with sugar and gelatin in cold water for at least 30 minutes
Whisk the cream until the gelatin has dissolved
Combine the plum puree, diced mango, and lime zest
Let it cool and thicken, then stir in the whipped cream with vanilla extract
Pour into individual serving cups or a large serving dish
Garnish with whole black plums and sliced mango.
