150 g of milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of butter
4 cups of chocolate mousse
1/2 packet of unflavored gelatin (6 g)
1/4 cup of water
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of whipped cream
1 package of cream cheese (150 g)
2 cups of ricotta cheese crumbs
4 tablespoons of lemon zest

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix with butter
In a bowl, combine the chocolate mousse and mix with the melted chocolate and butter
Grease a round mold with removable bottom of 22 cm with margarine and shape the mousse mixture at the bottom of the mold. Reserve
Hydrate and dissolve the gelatin in water
Blend the gelatin, condensed milk, whipped cream, cream cheese, and ricotta in a blender until smooth
Mix in the lemon zest
Place this creme over the mousse and refrigerate until set
Serve with hot chocolate sauce
