Melt the butter in a 9-inch round baking dish and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour
Arrange the pineapple rings on top, placing a walnut or cashew in the center of each ring
Beat the egg whites until foamy, then gradually add 1 cup of all-purpose flour
Mix in the pineapple syrup, wheat flour, salt, and yeast that have been sifted together
Add the beaten egg yolks, then mix delicately
Place the mixture over the pineapple rings
Bake in a low oven (150°C) for 30 to 35 minutes
Invert onto a plate
If desired, top with whipped cream using a piping bag, and decorate with nine pineapple slices.
