1 teaspoon of active dry yeast

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Beat the egg yolks with butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add the warm milk, alternating with the flour, and mix well
Set aside
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and add the yeast
Fold the egg whites into the batter with gentle, sweeping motions
Mix slowly and gently
Divide the batter in half and add the melted chocolate to one of the halves
Fold and set aside
In a prepared loaf pan, place a small amount of the white batter
Distribute a small amount of the chocolate batter on top with a spatula
Repeat the process until all the batter is used up
Do not overmix
Bake until golden brown or a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
