1 basic sponge cake recipe (see page 11)
1/4 cup of orange juice to moisten the cake
Mousse
1 can of condensed milk
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 can of whipped cream without serum
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
200g of washed and chopped strawberries
Confectioner's sugar for dusting

1 Prepare the cake and reserve it
2 In a blender, blend the condensed milk, orange juice, whipped cream, and hydrated gelatin
Place the mousse in a container and mix in the strawberries
Assembly
1 Cut a thin lid (1.5 cm) from the cake and reserve it
Leave 3cm of border on the other side and remove the core with a knife
Moisten with juice and fill with mousse
2 Seal and refrigerate for at least two hours or until the mousse is firm
Dust with confectioner's sugar when serving and decorate with strawberries.
