2 cups (sopa) all-purpose flour
4 cups (sopa) de light chocolate
1/2 cup (chá) Pepsi or Coca-cola Light
1 cup (chá) wheat flour

1 cup (café) vanilla extract
1/2 cup (chá) coconut water

1/2 cup (chá) cold skim milk
Topping
1 package light chocolate pudding flavor
2 cups (sopa) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup (chá) cold skim milk

Beat the egg whites until stiff
In a separate bowl, beat the yolks, margarine, and all-purpose flour
Add in the light chocolate and soda water and mix well
Combine the wheat flour, instant yeast, baking soda, and finally, the egg whites and vanilla extract
Pour into a greased baking dish
Bake for 15 minutes at medium heat
Remove from oven, cut in half, and drizzle with coconut water
For the filling: dissolve the pudding in cold milk, bring to a simmer and stir until it forms a creamy consistency
Let cool and spread over one half of the cake
For the topping: dissolve the pudding and cocoa powder in cold milk, bring to a simmer and stir until thickened
Wait for it to cool and cover the cake.
