Combine the orange juice and sweetened condensed milk in a blender and blend well
Pour into a bowl and reserve
Beat the whites until fluffy, then add the yolks one at a time, alternating with sugar while continuously beating
Add the mixture of orange juice and sweetened condensed milk, beat again and remove from the mixer
Combine the flour, yeast, and coconut, mixing with a spoon
Transfer to a mold and bake in a water bath until firm
Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
