For the dough, you'll need:
2 cups all-purpose flour (240 g)
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup unsalted butter (100 g)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons water
For the filling, you'll need:
1 cup sweetened condensed milk (300 g)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (45 g)
600 g of strawberries (for decoration)

Preheat your oven to 200°C (hot)
Prepare the dough: process all ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture
Shape the dough into a 29 cm diameter cake pan with removable bottom
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown (about 40 minutes)
Remove and reserve
Prepare the filling: in a medium saucepan, bring the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips to a simmer over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until slightly thickened (about 10 minutes)
Remove from heat and let cool
Spread the filling over the dough, unmold, and before serving, arrange whole strawberries on top of the filling

Keep it refrigerated in the same pan, covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and decorate with whole strawberries just before serving.
