6 large, peeled, seedless, and chopped mangoes, 1 cup of common or mascarpone whipped cream, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 3/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup of orange juice, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 60g of butter or margarine, 1/2 cup of shredded coconut

Place the mangoes in a round refrigerator form about 20 cm in diameter
Mix 1/2 cup of whipped cream with cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
Sprinkle over the mangoes
Pour the orange juice on top
Mix the remaining whipped cream, softened butter or margarine, and 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour until a granulated consistency is achieved
Add the shredded coconut
Spread over the mangoes
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes
Yield: 6-8 portions
