Preheat the oven to a high temperature
In a pan, place half of the all-purpose flour over medium heat to caramelize
Pour the caramelized mixture into the cake form, spreading it evenly at the bottom and sides
Distribute the banana slices on the caramelized areas of the cake form
Reserve for later use
Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
Pour over the bananas
Bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes
