1 tablespoon orange liqueur
1 tablespoon grated orange zest

Beat the butter with the confectioner's sugar
Add the flour, beating constantly
Add the egg yolks one at a time, beating always
Add the liqueur and grated zest
Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1 hour
Place the dough on a floured surface
Roll it out very thinly
Cut into strips of 2 cm by 8 cm
Make a slit of 2 cm in each strip and pass one end through, twisting slightly
Fry in plenty of oil or fat until lightly browned
Drain on paper towels and dust with confectioner's sugar.
