1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a bowl, sift together cornstarch, wheat flour, dietetic baking aid, and salt
2 Add light margarine, orange juice, zest of orange, and egg
Mix until a smooth dough forms
3 Roll out the dough on a floured surface to cut into diamond shapes
4 Place them in an anti-adhesive baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown
Remove from oven and reserve
5 Melt chocolate chips over low heat
Stir with a spoon until warm and place in a piping bag
Pipe designs onto the morsels and let dry.
