700g of hulled strawberries

Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (190°C)
Grease a round, fluted tart pan of 16 cm in diameter and 7 cm in height
Mix the flour with lime zest
Melt the butter or margarine and mix with oatmeal
Set aside
Slice the strawberries
In the prepared pan, place 1/2 cup of oatmeal mixture
Cover with half of the strawberries and half of the cinnamon-flavored flour with lime zest
Repeat the layers, finishing with the oatmeal
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes
Serve warm with freshly whipped cream or canned cream, if desired
