Cream Filling
2 cups of grape juice
8 large grapes
4 small cinnamon sticks
Milk Pastry Dough
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons whole milk
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
3 eggs, beaten

1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Grease a 25 cm diameter tart pan and reserve
Cream Filling
Cut the grapes into thin slices
Place in a saucepan with cinnamon and sugar
Cover with water and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the grape is tender
Strain, reserving 1 cup of juice, and let cool
Milk Pastry Dough
Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Add flour and yeast, alternating with milk, until just combined
Tart Assembly
Roll out the pastry dough to fit the tart pan
Place the grape mixture in the center of the pastry
Bake until the pastry is golden brown
Cream Cheese Frosting
Melt the cream cheese and powdered sugar over low heat, stirring constantly
Pour the frosting over the warm tart
Let cool before serving.
