Melt the chocolate with the milk and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth and creamy
Remove from heat
Add a little chocolate to the eggs, mix well, and add to the remaining chocolate
Mix well
Pour into a small bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours or more, until firm
Mix the coating ingredients
Remove the chocolate mixture from the spoons and coat in the coating
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
Pass through the chocolate mixture one more time at serving time, if desired
Make about 20 units.
