3 1/3 cups of cake mix
1/2 cup of milk
2 beaten eggs
1 cup of peeled and grated mango
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 tablespoon of grated lime zest

Beat the mixture with the milk and eggs
Add the mango, cinnamon, lime juice, and zest
Mix well but do not overbeat
Pour into a hole cake pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
