Place the chicken in a pot, cover it with water and cook almost to fall-apart (around 20 minutes)

Drain, let cool, remove skin and bones and grind

Preheat the oven to hot temperature

In a pot, combine milk, ground chicken, rice flour or cornstarch, and sugar

Bring to medium heat and cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon
